SKYNETSOLUTIONS.IN END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Please read and review the following License Agreement before purchasing website form us
BY USING OUR WEBSITE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE OUR WEBSITE AND DESTROY ALL COPIES OF OUR WEBSITE DETAILS IN YOUR POSSESSION.

1. With all the website packages mentioned on our website, you will get only the default website as per the features list and designs displayed on our website. Any minor or major changes in the features or in the designs will be costing additional price depending on the type of changes.

2. If any changes required in the features or in the designs has to be emailed to us to get the approval and the final quotation will be sent for the same. After the project is started, any additional features or modifications will not be guaranteed even at an additional cost.

3. We will be providing you our own web hosted ecommerce solutions, to get started only 50% in advance to be paid and the remaining 50% payment to be paid after the completion of the website. Only after receiving the 100% payment, the website will go live.

4. We do not support installing our ecommerce website on the clients server. we are providing 100% hosted ecommerce solutions, if compulsory the client wanted the website to be hosted on their own server then the package cost + Rs.20,000/- should be paid Additionally with 100% payment in advance before getting started with the project.

5. We provide ccavenue payment gateway for FREE. As it is a third party service we do not provide any guarantee towards the approval of your website by the payment gateway company. And we apply for the payment gateway only after receiving 100% payment towards the website. If you provide your own payment gateway then a additional quotation will send to you towards the module and integration charges.

6. The payment gateway will be only applied through us, we even integrate it for free on the website. But all the co-ordination towards the activation of your account and the documentation process has to be done by yourself by co-ordinating with ccavenue support and compliance team.

7. Before proceeding with the order, we strongly insist you to visit our demo website to try and test the complete list of features available at our demo store. Any additional features / modifications / customization apart from our demo store would be costing additional depending on the type of changes.

8. Any queries related to features / modifications / customizations needs to be emailed to us and get the final quote from us for the same. Any conversation through phone related to the features or changes is not considered. Email acknowledgement is compulsory.

9. All the contents in the website including Categories, Sub-Categories, Products, Images, Descriptions, Options, Discounts, Logo, Information's & Banners has to be created & added into the website by the client themself through the backend admin panel. We will be only providing you the training and support of how do it until unless you get satisfied 100%.

10. If required we will create logo, banners, product images, image optimizations, etc. etc at an additional cost

11. After the completion of the ecommerce website, we would provide you the website backend admin login details to manage the website by yourself. Web hosting control panel details will not be provided to the clients. if compulsory the client wanted the website to be hosted on their own server then the package cost + Rs.20,000/- should be paid Additionally with 100% payment in advance before getting started with the project.

12. As a customer of Skynet Solutions, you may not claim credit for it, and you may not re-distribute or re-sell our application or any of its source or files related to Skynetsolutions.in under any circumstances, .

13. By purchasing a single copy of our Website, you get a license for the Website that permits you to host only on a single domain (.com, .in, .co.in etc.).

14. The amount paid towards the website service is 100% Non-Refundable at any circumstances.

15. We are not liable for loss of data or any damages the service might cause you / your computer / your clients / users or anything else related to you.

16. You are solely responsible for the use of the program and also for any content you display using website. we do not take any responsibility.

17. Your website URL may be added to our client list to display on our website.

18. Skynetsolutions.in reserves the right to modify the above terms and conditions and pricing for our services at any time without any prior notice to anyone.

Terms & Conditions of our Partner Program
1. Minimum Partners Payout Commission Balance is Rs.15,000/-
2. Payments to Partners will be Done on 25th of Every Month. if the minimum payout Balance is Reached.
3. Payments will be Deposited into th Partners Bank Account Only, If the Minimum Balance Reaches Rs.15,000/-
4. As we collect only 50% as a Initial Payment from the Clients, So we initially credit you only 50% commission on each new projects as per the plan customer signs up, and the remaining 50% earning will be credited only after customers makes the remaining 50% payment.
